00This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
The incumbent will develop written information about the organizations computing systems that aid in their development, use, and support.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Liaising with department heads and end users to define and identify business procedures and establish documentation needs for hardware and software Writing and editing technical and end-user documents, including procedures, processes, functional descriptions, release documents, system specifications, reports, manuals, training, presentations, end-user communication messages and other program deliverables such as editing policy directives, strategic plans, and standard operating procedures.
Learning and interpreting new features in order to create clear and concise documents; and creating customer service content, user guides, in-depth documentation on product features, and FAQ reference materials.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsFive (5) years of progressive work experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as:
producing and editing technical documents and/or materials regarding computing systems; collaborating with various groups to identify business needs; consolidating technical inputs and analyses to produce logical and concise documents for technical and non-technical audiences; interpreting and synthesizing new features to create end-user resources including visuals, manuals, reports, etc.
; and analyzing and improving existing materials.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing is essential.
Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
