Matik is on a growth trajectory and as a result we are looking for a Third Shift Production Support Technician to support one of our customers, a United States government agency.

In this role you will work in support of a United States government agency to provide electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance support for automated production equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer support during the third shift operation at the customers site in Washington, DC.
About You:
At least 5 years of electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance experience.
Printing, packaging, or lamination machinery experience is a plus! Experience working at customer sites Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic drawings, and mechanical prints A strong customer-centric focus and the ability to instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment using clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to handle high pressure situations with ease and diplomacy Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check Ability to pass security clearance required We are continuing to grow and expand the business and it's an exciting time to join the team.
