is looking for a work-from-home scheduler.
We're running 10-15 jobs at all times and need someone organized and experienced in residential construction to maintain current events and schedule future tasks by communicating with subcontractors, keeping track of finished and upcoming inspections and confirming all related matters with the Superintendent to ensure all projects are running smoothly.
We use Buildertrend for scheduling.
Your hours would be 9am to 2pm, Mon-Fri.
Pay is $16-$20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain schedules for employees and subcontractors - Monitor and update schedules to accommodate changes and conflicts - Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties in a timely manner Skills:
