OCTO is looking for a Business Analyst with creative instincts to join its web development team.

Responsibilities:
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications.
Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Skills Required:
8 years' experience preparing complex technical documentation 8 years' experience presenting mock-up designs to stakeholders 6 years' experience with facilitating creative design sessions 11 years' experience with tracking and managing tasks in web projects 11 years' experience in developing content management strategy 11 years' experience with 508 Compliance 11 years' experience with responsive design web projects 11 years' Software Development Lifecycle experience 11 years' requirements gathering and documentation Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Recommended Skills Business Systems Computer Equipment Consulting Content Management Regulatory Compliance Requirements Elicitation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
