Title Administration Correspondence Support Specialist - OUSD PA Position Administration Correspondence Support Specialist - OUSD PA Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location OUSD PAO Description RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber) is seeking an Administration Correspondence Support Specialist to provide a wide variety of secretarial/administrative services, and correspondence tracking support to various levels within OASD/PAKey
Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with executive staff, action officers and other personnel in the development of priorities, areas of emphasis, scope of projects, and internal deadlines based on overall mission requirements.
o Provide assistance in the performance of varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of an officers, office.
o Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including tracking correspondences, responding to public inquiries, staff onboarding/out-processing, and liaising for enterprise services.
o Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of an office.
o Track correspondence and suspense actions on NIPR and SIPRUtilize CATMS (Correspondence Task Management System) to support correspondence tracking and suspense management.
o Create and maintain ad hoc reports, SOPs, staffing reports, organization charts, quick reference guides, ceremonial invitations, awards and certificates.
o Maintain office calendars, electronic mailboxes, conference room schedules, set up meetings, and create meeting minutes.
Requirements:
o Minimum of five years of experience in an office environment providing administrative support.
o At least two years of experience with Task Management Tools such as Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or similar.
o Two years of experience in managing senior executives' calendars, coordinating meetings, and travel arrangements, preferably with the Defense Travel System.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o In-depth knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required format for military and standard business correspondence.
