Senior Business Intelligence Developer with Security Clearance

is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Intelligence Developer on a long-term contractual basis (1
year in duration).
This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (onsite in Washington D.
C.
1 day per week / remote 4 days per week).
Qualified candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities:
o Provide strong SQL skills with experience in data modeling, stored procedure, functions and other database operations.
o Provide work within a team environment and independently develop, test and debug applications on Windows platforms.
o Provide applications development with Power BI/MicroStrategy and SQL/Microsoft Server.
o Provide translation for analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
Qualifications Requirements:
o A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.
g.
, Power BI and MicroStrategy).
o Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance is required.
o Strong SQL skills with experience in data modeling, stored procedure, functions, and other database operations.
o Working knowledge of relational models and dimensional data warehouse design.
o A proven track record of interacting with business partners to understand scope/goals, and the ability to translate that into successful data products/deliverables.
o Strong analytical skills, initiative, and ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks and technologies.
o Ability to work within a team environment and independently develop, test and debug applications on Windows platforms.
o Applications development with Power BI/MicroStrategy and SQL/Microsoft Server.
o Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organization skills.
o Ability to translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
