No City, WA Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.
A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks.
Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries.
Navigate through MCAPS data and deliver financial analysis and insights to leadership, enabling decision making.
Produce analysis and charts using financial data and helping drive executive decision making.
Create automated and standard reports to drive further insights into the MCAPS Billed Revenue Flash and MCAPS Close meeting.
Understand and analyze pipeline data, pull top deals, and analyze their performance Create forecast scenarios based on pipeline and historic data.
Consolidate MCAPS forecast and analyze insights, accuracy, and trends.
Roll over team reports to future year hierarchy Collaborate with other members of the team to understand insights from data and craft relevant commentary with actionable insights Partner with FD&E teams to ensure financial data accuracy, validate reports, provide UAT for relevant roll outs.
Strong modeling capability required Years of Experience Required - 8
years, open to 6
years if they have a Master's or higher in related field.
o Degrees or certifications required - Bachelors is required, higher level is preferred SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Financial Analyst:
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
