The responsibilities include:
Leading a data team delivering workforce analytics to the FBI CFO Leveraging data analytics and visualization to assist with organizational decisions Establishing KPIs based on raw historical data to determine recruiting and hiring goals for the FBI's Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) Developing staffing models to forecast attrition and candidate background processing; creating customized Power BI dashboards for executive leadership Identifying automation opportunities to optimize data reporting and processes As the Data Team Lead, the practitioner will have opportunities to oversee a data analyst, present data work products to executive leadership, work closely with GS 15 level clients, and respond to the FBI CFO's high priority tasks.
Seeking a practitioner with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Forms, PowerApps, and Power BI).
This role requires anactive Top Secret clearance, 5 years of experience, and the ability to work on client site 3 days a week.
