Workday Product Owner Support Specialist
Overview Our client, a financial institution that provides the United States with a safe, flexible, and stable monetary system, is looking for an experienced Workday Product Owner Support Specialist to work on a team providing support for the Product Owner of the Workday HCM Agile team in implementing sustainment practices and backlog refinement/prioritization.
The work is primarily remote, but occasional onsite presence is needed in Washington, DC.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Experience with leading a Workday agile team and knowledge of Workday HCM.
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes, preference of experience with ServiceNow Agile module and knowledge of HRSD.
Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of HR needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
