The Business Analyst/Product Owner Senior is a member of the Cybersecurity Cyber Programs department responsible for defining the vision for timely and innovative products that provide value, challenge competitors, and delight the customer by collecting continuous feedback.
This role requires collecting, analyzing, and documenting of capabilities, features, user stories, business acceptance for one or, more highly complex cybersecurity products.
Manages client's priorities of features and requests.
Works with multiple business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how Integrated Risk Management (IRM) will be integrated and deployed.
Functions:
Manage client needs and priorities by utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options, risks, and cost vs.

Perform requirement discovery and analysis, conduct interviews with stakeholders and develop Requirement Specification artifact.
Identify and translate cyber security/GRC strategic vision and work with customers and stakeholders to plan and prioritize features.
Brainstorm new features, promote team collaboration, and collect customer feedback.
Conduct feasibility studies and drafts proposals for evaluation by stakeholders.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Work closely with leadership team to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Support and participate in the formal reporting of capability delivery status.
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Ability to identify and map Cybersecurity controls, communicate with Project Manager, and appropriate stakeholders/SMEs.
Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge developing Requirement Specification document, Agile framework, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third part risk assessment, TPRM, Cyber ATO processes, SNOW Integration NIST CSF Guidelines, etc.
Five or more years related work experience as BA.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field, or specialized training and equivalent work experience.
Minimum three years of experience with Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
Proficient with MS Office Tools such as Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS.
Proficiency with User Stories development and Demo presentation.
Proficiency with technology solution assessments and validation.
Ability to lead, design, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations that are valued by the client.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage andor participate in multiple productsassignments with medium to high degree of complexity.
Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop, and influence users on adoption of solid, actionable recommendations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both customers and technical staffs.
Team-oriented, business savvy, and adaptable.
Ability to ensure compliance with guidelines, controls, policies, and procedures.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Five to Seven years of experience working with Project Lifecycle Management, SDLC, business analysis, highlight risks and issues in Agile environment.
Five to Seven years of experience working with business users to define accurate, meaningful, and measurable business cases, capabilities, features, technical/non-functional requirements, and user stories.
Five to Seven years of experience working with the stakeholders and customers to define acceptance criteria.
Five to Seven years of experience partnering with BA to ensure expectations and requirements are met and managed.
Prior experience on GRC, IRM, TPRM, ATO, SNOW Integration are highly desirable.
Certification:
Cybersecurity/InfoSec - Security+, SSCP and/or CISSP, Business analysis certification such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
