Identifying inefficiencies and areas for process improvement within the organization to enhance product quality.
Assessing risks associated with product quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements, and devising mitigation plans.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business leaders, to understand requirements and set quality standards.
Defining key quality metrics and performance indicators to measure and monitor product quality.
Overseeing testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and test execution, to ensure products meet quality standards.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that products comply with Board/FRS and industry regulations and standards.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for QA process enhancements and sharing best practices.
Handling critical quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of QA processes, test plans, and test results for audit and reference purposes.
Monitoring stakeholders' feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for quality improvement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
