Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Job Duties Our Alexandria, VA-based client is seeking a hands-on, knowledgeable, and experienced resource to lead the configuration/setup efforts for the implementation of the Concur Expense Module.
Qualified candidates will have the following
Responsibilities:
Document the current and proposed processes for end users and system administrators in detail.
Documentation includes:
authorization process, reimbursement advances, administration processes, expense submissions, and related reconciliation Work on the configuration/setup efforts for the Concur Expense Module Work directly with the vendor, IT, and functional business related to the configuration and implementation Organize and lead the hands-on testing of the Concur Expense Module Create testing scenarios and scripts Perform testing and tracking of test results Document defects and work with the vendor to remediate/correct identified defects Create all scripts/documents for communication, training materials, and job aids to orient the organization to the Concur Expense Module Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field and 5 or more years of relevant experience.
(Functional position) Minimum of 4 years experience serving as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst related to providing senior-level system support and analysis related to process improvement activities, projects/system enhancements, and/or upgrades in public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local governments or in another specialized area Excellent communication and collaboration skills Mandatory onsite work 3 days a week in Alexandria, VA Be a part of the ConsultNet difference.
