Consultant or senior analyst-level resource will work closely with the existing Program Support and IT teams to support API enhancements and other new efforts through the requirements and design phases into test and deployment phases.
Consultant will have ownership over requirements for new efforts with specific emphasis on:
Requirements gathering and user story creation.
Agile role as proxy product owner.
attending/leading grooming sessions and involved in daily scrums with IT team.
Key skills:
