You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We work with a wide range of nonprofits, charities and Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross functional collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding, advertising, and marketing Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories Full time and part time opportunities available.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
