Insider Threat Detection Senior IT Specialist with Security Clearance
Provide Tier 2/3 support to clients for system problems and anomaliesMaintain and secure Windows server security patching and hardening based on Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)Develop deployment packages, configure firewall rules, and respond to security requests for specific vulnerabilitiesConfigure Active Directory group policy following industry-standard security practicesPrepare systems for security accreditationInstall, configure, and maintain Red Hat Linux and Solaris operating systems, including patches and service packsPerform user account, group, and directory maintenanceManage user and group policies and conduct auditing for the sameReview security, network, and system auditing and address identified issuesAnalyze and resolve problems associated with UNIX workstation and server hardware, operating systems, and applications softwarePrepare, test, and implement scripts to simplify system tasks for domain core servicesPerform backup and recovery procedures using RAID storage devicesIdentify and resolve security-related server, workstation, and application issuesTroubleshoot connectivity/network connection issues Qualifications 1Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI read-in within the past 12 months.
