As a CoStar Database Developer you will be responsible for architecting and building data solutions that operate on terabytes of data and scale to support the internal processes of our company and process over a billion dollars of revenue per year.This position is located in Washington, DC and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand what drives the business for which you are building softwareDrive the design of highly performant and highly available data solutionsBuild solutions that operate on massive amounts of data in high transaction volume applicationsWork with QA resources to ensure that the software delivered is of the highest qualityAct as a key member of the product launch team and work closely with DevOps to resolve operational issuesEvaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be leveraged to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practices.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college. A track record of commitment to prior employers 4

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
