Service Engineer II

As a Service Engineer II on the Azure Storage team, you'll work on varied tasks and projects.
The primary focus for this role will be to troubleshoot/debug/automate new hardware validation systems which will accelerate the velocity of new hardware enablement.
We are part of a massive distributed system so the individual will need expertise in debugging complex multi system issues as well as identifying ways to continuously scale.

Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2
years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineeringOR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
