DHS Public Trust Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
o Create instructional and training materials in relation to KMO resources and priorities.o Conduct training and utilization overviews of publication and data repositories in addition to knowledge exchange technologies for impact on deliverables and capability transitions to DHS customers.o Assist the KMO Director in best practice implementations and policy recommendations from the Public Access Advisory Group (PAAG) and other KMO led groups.o Support the development, implementation, and enculturation of the organizational Knowledge Management framework, strategy, policies, process, and procedures.o Conducts KMO-based research of library resources, plus information and data coming from DHS research outputs to create curated matrices and lists.o In collaboration with the DHS Library, creates Library Guides for KMO-specific resources and services by highlighting internal and subscription-based resources needed by KMO customers.o When needed attends various information-science and library focused meetings with OSTP and other collection specific groups.o Consults with KMO Director on all information science and library-based initiatives and projectsQualificationso 3 years of experienceo Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.o Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlooko Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust Recommended Skills Consulting Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Microsoft Share Point Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
