Your responsibilities will include coaching teams in Agile methodologies, promoting DevOps practices, and supporting ART backlog refinement.
Key
Responsibilities:
Facilitate PI Planning sessions and ensure ART readiness, logistics, and backlog preparation.
Coach teams in aligning with enterprise strategy and cascaded OKRs.
Track progress and key metrics such as ART predictability, velocity, and cycle time.
Coordinate ART synchronization events and support backlog refinement.
Promote DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
Assist Business Owners in understanding their roles and assigning business value.
Collaborate with other ARTs to coordinate planning efforts.
Coach ART members, including system architects, product management, and business owners.
Establish pull systems and flow measures to optimize the flow of value.
Drive relentless improvement through AgilityHealth assessments and Inspect & Adapt events.
Foster built-in quality practices and support Lean-Agile transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with Value Management Office and Lean-Agile transformation teams.
Listen to and support teams in problem identification and decision-making.
Create an environment of mutual influence and support individual development.
