Key
Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and tracking project costs, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, site coordination, and quality control.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Mentor and support project team members, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Staff, to foster professional growth and development.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence at all times.

Profile



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on interior, tenant fit-out, or commercial office projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and building codes related to interior construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Prolog, or similar tools.
  • PMP certification or other relevant industry certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of the DC metro area market and local regulations is a plus.
