What You Will Do:
Serve as an Administrative Assistnant in support of the Executive Secretariat Office as part of the National Nuclear Security Administration's Office of Management and Budget.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Tracking, handling, processing, and packaging of classified and unclassified correspondence/documents according to all relevant DOE/NNSA Requirements and Federal regulations.
Support Interagency Collaboration Processing and Tracking of Correspondence Correspondence pick up and messenger services for NA-1 at Forrestal.
Document reproduction, packaging, and transmittal, and related support.
Records and file management according to all Federal records guidelines and requirements, to include proper disposal according to security requirements.
Correspondence analysis and processing for all incoming mail, packages, and documents requiring Administrator or Secretarial signature, to include internal and external requirements.
Support Conference Management for the Nuclear Security Enterprise Support Internal Communications Tasks What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma or G.

Minimum fifteen (15) years' of relevant operational, analytical and/or administrative experience Excellent, demonstrable technical writing and editing skills Proven Track record of leading teams of administrative support analyst staff Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills Good presentation and research skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Active DoD Top Secret or DOE Q clearance Relevant experience working in a government, DOE, or military office.

Work will be performed onsite Monday - Friday Candidates considered for hire, after receiving an offer, must pass a federal background and federal drug test before beginning their work assignment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
