o Client Service:
Advise client on leading practices and technology/industry trends, application/integration architecture, solution design, and implementation leading practicesBuild lasting relationships through day to day interactions with key client managers and staff.
Delivery:
Bring the functional/technical experience and knowledge to deliver solutions which allow clients to achieve their business strategyPresent technical alternatives and supporting recommendations aligned with the client's business and technology requirementsContribute to project estimating, planning, contracting and staffing activitiesManage technical and/or functional teams to design, build, test and implement enterprise applicationsAnticipate, raise, and resolve issues which pose risk to the projectMonitor progress and qualityTrack and report status.

o Prior Government Consulting or relevant industry experienceo 7
years of Salesforce Development experienceo At least 3 years' experience architecting multiple environments with more than three external interfaces on 2 Salesforce SC or HC implementations or a combination of 1 Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and 1 Salesforce Health Cloud implementationo Strong technical experience implementing Sales and Service Cloud projects for TMT or other industry clients Experience designing overall platform architecture, including but not limited to integration technologies, single sign-on, master data management, front- and back-end solution architecture, development, and release management strategies, and change management.
Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes using Salesforce integration technologies Reviewing designs for security, reliability, scalability, and performance; Strong Salesforce integration skills integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other middleware products Good Salesforce user experience layer design & build skills using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura and JavaScript Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability Client facing experience working with business and IT client stakeholders in leading an architectural / technical design and gain acceptance from cross functional client and vendor teams Prior experience building technical artifacts including Salesforce configuration design, technical design Salesforce Certified Must be a U.
S Citizen that holds or is eligible to obtain the required security clearance for this role - Secret Clearanceo Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 20%-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:
o Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all Salesforce product offeringso Strong technology leadership skills required Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution Experience in application development Strong understanding of architectural design patterns including SOA, Micro-Services, object-oriented design patterns, common integration patterns, etc.
