Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for diverse user groups.
Provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and minimize disruptions.
Stay updated with SharePoint developments, best practices, and security standards.

SGovernment Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI and a CI-Polygraph eligibility? Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in Business Technology or related field.
? Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SharePoint? Demonstrated ability to create collaboration site pages for use in day-to-day operations, crisis operations on a variety of systems and at varying levels of classification (including UNCLASS, SIPRNET and JWICS)? Demonstrated clear, detailed, and specific understanding of SharePoint workflow platforms.
? Demonstrated experience with JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS and ASPX? Demonstrated experience in gathering technical and operation requirements, and preparing documents such as Mission Needs Statements, Concept of Operations, and other similar documentation.
? Demonstrated experience in program strategy development and project management, including application of processes and tools for the tracking of tasks, accomplishments, and issues?
