Platform Line Manager (EHR Implementation) Fully Remote (Washington DC Metro Area preferred) We are looking for a Line Manager to manage two Platform teams (Subject Matter Experts, Delivery & Implementation) across two Government ProgramsThis role will assume project management responsibility for ongoing and new work performed by both platforms, and continuously work to improve platform operationsThis person will act as a representative of the Prime Contractor for Government Programs and Platform personnelSuccess in this role looks like having a pulse on all operations within the two Platforms, and leveraging expertise in implementing EHR systems to maximize outcomes for the Government ProgramsThis person should be able to inspire and empower Platform team members to deliver against their respective priorities and KPIs, drive work independently, prioritize responsibilities and develop informed recommendationsJOB
Responsibilities:
Manage Platform work, adopting project management responsibility for Platformso Track progress against Platform work by maintaining a common backlog for each Platform, managing dependencies appropriatelyo Support management of demand intake for each Platform by helping platform receive new service requests from Government Continuously improve Platform operations and optimize outcomes for Government Programso Promote knowledge sharing and address challenges within Platformso Foster a deeper understanding of each Platform's role in contributing to overall operational successo Proactively identify opportunities for improving use of Platform personnel, tools, and resources to optimize outcomes for Government Programso Leverage deep expertise of EHR implementation to optimize Platform performance Facilitate communication between Platforms, Government Programs and the Prime Contractor to ensure alignment with Program priorities and visibility across operationso Provide input on the prioritization of platform work and support Platform capacity allocation decisions in partnership with Government Programso Leverage a deep understanding of EHR implementation, Government Program needs and Platform capabilities to ensure current and future Program needs are meto Facilitate seamless communication and information sharing between Platforms and Government Programs, elevating obstacles or risks for input from Government Programs or The Prime Contractor appropriatelyo Act as first point of contact for each Platform for both Platform personnel and Government Programso Act as a representative of the Prime Contractor for all stakeholders Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned or required BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o 5 years of experience leading teamso Prior DHA or government healthcare experienceo Experience delivering & implementing EHR systemso Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferredo Proficient computer skills:
Excel, PowerPoint, Teamso U.
Scitizenship and ability to get Common Access Cards (CAC) clearance KEY COMPETENCIES :
o Prior experience in Deployment/Delivery of Operational Medicine preferred, with experience in Medicine (e.
g.
