o Assisting Site Manager in oversight of office operations and timely completion of all deliverableso Monitoring data entry, mail and file operations, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with the USCIS FOSS Contract and reporting progress to Site Managero Planning and coordinating with Site Manager and leadership team to ensure contractual and operational requirements are meto Scheduling contractor staff, approving time off, initiating and implementing disciplinary actions, mentoring staffo Directing, assisting, and providing guidance to contract staff in various functional areas by establishing priorities and reallocating resources as needed to meet goals established by USCISo Maintaining close coordination with Site Manager on operational issueso Collaborating with Site Manager to ensure best practices are in place and evaluate/update as neededo Training new employees, creating training planso Creating/updating written standard operating procedureso Participating in meetings with government personnelo Managing site operations in Site Manager's absenceo Other duties as assignedQualifications & Physical Requirementso Associates Degree or a combination of education and experienceo Minimum of 2 years of management experience where you supervised teams of 30
