What you'll achieve:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the proposal process and preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) issued by the US Federal Government with a focus on high performance computing (HPC) solutions. As a Dell Federal proposal manager, you will interact with our customers, our sales teams, and various Dell technical experts to produce competitive proposal documents primarily for HPC solutions. The proposal documents you produce will clearly demonstrate how Dell products and services offer the best value and solution for customer RFP requirements.
You will:
Act as a key member of the HPC center of excellence and the opportunity pursuit team where your success has a direct contribution to the business segment
Work with a diverse group of Dell sales team members, capture managers, and subject matter experts in driving the proposal process to successful completion, from RFI/RFP receipt to proposal submission, award, and follow-up
Produce and submit customer-facing proposal documents that meet RFP requirements and position Dell for the best chance of winning opportunities with the US Federal Government
Develop, influence, and continuously improve the proposal process through content management and process improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
Exhibit solid leadership, drive results from a virtual team, and have a very high attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven environment
Five to ten years experience in proposal management and writing - preference for Federal proposals in high tech field
Must possess solid leadership, organizational and writing skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word
Must be a verified U.S. citizen
Desirable Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
Working knowledge or server, storage, and HPC products and solutions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
