International AM Law 100 firm - in-office position (occasional home working permitted) based in their Washington DC office.

Description

Responsibilities as Trial Support Specialist vary and include:

  • Assist Attorneys in all necessary aspects of preparing for trial
  • Loading, presenting case evidence during trial proceedings
  • Produce opening and closing PowerPoint demonstrations
  • Setting up for the courtroom, overseeing all technology, documents and electronic media for presentation
  • Handling and crafting case timelines, graphics and media

Profile

The ideal Trial Support Specialist will have demonstrable
Experience:

  • 2
    years' law firm Trial Support Specialist experience required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fully versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong clerical skills for organizing and maintaining documents and records, including
    managing confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Offer

The Trial Support Specialist will receive:

  • Competitive salary c. $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
  • Overtime eligible
