POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum seeks an experienced federal contracts manager to provide full life-cycle contract and subcontract administration. The candidate must be able to review solicitations, assess risk, develop bid strategy, and prepare compliant proposals (including pricing.) Candidates must be able to set up and manage subcontracts, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc. Candidates should also be able to work with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance for all aspects of contract management. Federal sector experience is required and DoD experience is highly desired. Salary will be competitive and commiserate with the level of experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 3
years of proven related experience
Experience administering all types of government contracts (including IDIQ, BPA, IAC, etc.) across multiple Federal Departments/ Agencies to include DoD, VA, and DHS
Knowledge of and ability to interpret the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Experience creating/ managing subcontracts and teaming agreements
Must be willing to work in a fast paced all hands environment
