Job Description
Seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and IT. Gathers, prepares, summarizes relevant materials for use by attorneys and other legal counsel. Maintains case files of new and existing cases; performs and supervises legal research; indexes, tracks documents being processed and produced. Responds to customer requests, correspondence and telephone calls.
Basic Qualifications
3 years of progressively more responsible experience in a legal environment. - 1 year of supervisory experience in a legal environment. - Experience reviewing,analyzing, and processing documents. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to follow prescribed procedures.
Desired skills
Knowledge of legal database platforms such as Relativity, Concordance and iCONECT. - Ability to communicate professionally with the customer - Ability to multitask, act independently, delegate work, and offer measured responses to the customer - Ability to lead a team/supervising day-to-day activities

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
