Description:
Perform duties as key support engineer for all Active Directory requirements on the Engineering Team. Lead designer AD/Exchange architecture in an Enterprise level, multi-user computing system.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include designing the computing infrastructure, providing technical assistance and consulting to customer organizations and users, developing tools for managing the system and leading a team of AD/Exchange Engineers in monitoring and managing the AD architecture.
Assist in troubleshoot high-profile network performance issues using root-cause analysis and recommends appropriate action.
Develop policies and standards for allocation and use of computer equipment and resources.
Ensure data integrity by evaluating, proposing, implementing, and managing software and hardware solutions.
Design, develop, engineer, implement, and maintain solutions for AD requirements.
Provide technical engineering functions associated with AD systems, applications, platforms, and various databases technical integration.
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 7 to nine years of related experience.
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Experience managing an Active Directory structure with a large volume of objects.
Experience maintaining and updating: Domain plans and design documentation; Organization Unit (OU) plans; Enterprise Group Policies, and Trust relations with external AD structures.
MCSE or MCSD certification required.

Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification.
ITIL v3 Foundation certification
