The Oracle HR/SAS Architect will coordinate, analyze and implement incoming and outgoing system interfaces including in a secure environment using Secure File Gateway/Secure Transfer Protocol (SFG/SFTP) and other protocols. Coordinate, analyze and develop Interface Control Documents (ICD) with partner organizations. Analyze and develop ETL programs. Develop DoD/DoN Enterprise Architecture (EA) artifacts including System View (SV) - 6. Ensure that data integrity, information assurance and recoverability are built into Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) applications.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a Navy/Federal Human Resources environment
5
years of experience in an Oracle/SAS Analytics web-based environment coordinating and implementing extraction, transformation and load (ETL) of system interfaces including information assurance for interface programs and data.
US Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance
Education/Certifications
B.A. or B.S. in a computer related field or equivalent

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
