Well respected and well known Washington, DC office of International IP law firm is in need of an experienced (3-15 years) patent prosecution secretary with demonstrated administrative skills. You will be supporting a Partner and Associate. You will be responsible for handle the IP side of their practice but you will also keep their calendars, manage e-mails, schedule meetings, handle expenses and schedule travel.
This position requires someone that has supported at a high level, who can handle highly confidential information and that knows patent prosecution inside and out.
The firm offers a lucrative salary up to $75,000 DOE. There is a great benefits plan with a fun, supportive and collegial work environment and so many other perks!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
