office seeks senior finance attorney with 7
years of experience in corporate transactional law.
The candidate will have following duties:
Representation of issuers, underwriters, institutional investors, lenders and sponsors in securitization transactions with a broad range of asset classes, including credit card receivables, student loans, trade receivables, automobile loans and leases, dealer floorplan receivables, equipment leases, shipping container receivables, commercial loans, mortgage loans, consumer loans and esoteric assets (PACE loans); Representing parties to secured and unsecured credit facilities and debt capital markets transactions; Providing advice to clients on structured products, as well as advising clients on the acquisition or sale of portfolios of receivables or loans (including marketplace loans); Counseling issuers in connection with SEC registration statements and related reporting.
Experience in debt capital markets and structured finance transactions is required.
Must have experience of closing debt capital markets, structured finance, derivative or other similar transactions.
Should have working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and relevant portions of the Bankruptcy Code.
Understanding of regulatory issues as they relate to asset-based and asset-backed finance transactions and securitizations is needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
