Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional Junior Corporate Regulatory attorneys to join our ranks with:
At least 3
years of experience in the financial services industry
Experience with SEC, BSA and FINRA requirements is a plus
Experience drafting regulatory filings
Ability to work onsite in the Baltimore, Maryland area
Active membership in the MD bar required
The responsibilities for this role will include:
Providing practical legal advice and support with regard to regulatory guidelines in a fast-paced environment
Advising on regulatory risks and requirements for various proposed transactions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
