It's a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Location is great - just an 8 min walk to the Columbia Heights metro station, 5 min walk to Target, Giant, Marshalls, Starbucks, Chipotle etc. The house has a front porch and back porch, big windows, spacious common areas, and street parking (there is a private parking spot for an extra $150 a month if desired). Utilities run at approximately $100 a month No pets allowed. You would share the common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen) with three other young professionals (two women and one man) in their late 20s. The earliest move-in date is March 15. April 1st move-in preferred.
