Other features: 10 minute walk from NoMa metro (red line) and a number of grocery stores (Trader Joes and Harris Teeter) and restaurants Free street parking Large private backyard 15 minute walk to Union Market and close to major roads (Florida Ave and New York Ave) monthly cleaners for the house Looking for a male roommate to sign a one-year lease. There are two other roommates you'd share the common space with on the first floor. One other guy lives in the basement but he has his own kitchen, washer dryer, heater/AC.
